STUDIO POLICIES
- ViBE is striving to be a Peanut-Free Facility; please do not bring any nut products to the studio. We need your help to make ViBE a safe place for everyone. Our fully stocked Snack Stop has many nut free snacking options.
- ViBE reserves the right to combine or cancel classes, temporarily or permanently, without advance notice, due to an emergency or low enrollment. Teachers are subject to change without notice.
- In the event of extreme weather conditions, classes may be cancelled. We recommend you contact us for more information.
- Food and drinks other than water bottles are not permitted in the dance studios.
- ViBE is striving to be a Gum-Free Facility. Chewing gum while dancing is very dangerous; therefore gum is not allowed in any dance class at ViBE.
- Do not bring valuables to the studio. ViBE is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- All jackets, boots, and dance bags should be left in the change rooms.
- For safety purposes, ViBE is equipped with video surveillance in all five studios, hallways, and exits.
- If you would like to post information at the studio, please submit your material to the front desk for approval. We will post all appropriate materials on our bulletin board in the main hallway. ViBE reserves the right to remove any unapproved material.
- ViBE is not responsible for supervising dancers in between classes.
- All children in the waiting areas must be supervised by an adult at all times.
