Unique to ViBE, we offer special events all year long that add fun and excitement to our weekly classes. The overall ViBE experience is heightened by these fun, organized and celebrated studio events!

FREESTYLE WEEK

Two weeks during the year, to add to the "fun factor", dancers are encouraged to wear their own freestyle clothing to class instead of wearing the mandatory ViBE Dress Code. Dancers look forward to this opportunity when they can show their personality through their unique wardrobe.

T-SHIRT DISTRIBUTION WEEK

As a holiday gift in December, all dancers will receive a ViBE t-shirt to be worn for the In-Class Holiday Shows. One t-shirt per dancer is distributed in class the week before the shows.

IN-CLASS HOLIDAY SHOW

In December, family and friends are invited to be an audience during the last half of all classes. This is a fun and exciting opportunity for dancers to show off their skills and dance routines as well as prepare for the Year-End Recitals by performing for an audience. Flash photography and video-cameras are welcome.

RECOMMENDATION LETTERS

Dancers will receive a personalized Recommendation Letter which will act as a guideline for future enrollment.

COSTUMES

All dancers will be given a costume for the Year-End Recitals at no additional cost. Costumes are designed for dancers in accordance with the latest trends so that costumes can be enjoyed long after the Rectials are over!

FAMILY RECITAL SCHEDULE

Each ViBE family will receive a personalized schedule detailing which recital their child/children will be performing in, costume and grooming specifications, as well as ticket purchasing information. This schedule is extremely important and we strongly recommend that it be displayed at home as a reminder. The Family Recital Schedule will be distributed along with the Year-End Recital Costume. Parents, please look out for this important information.

PHOTO SHOOT WEEK

During their regularly scheduled dance class, dancers will pose wearing their Costume for group and individual photos with professional photographers. All dancers will receive a proof of their photo and will be given the opportunity to purchase photos according to specific packages. Photo order forms will be required to be submitted to the front desk by a specified deadline.

YEAR-END RECITAL

An extravagant showcase of skills, talent, and dance routines, the Year-End Recital takes place at the Toronto Centre for the Arts. Dancers will perform on a professional stage for an adoring audience of family and friends. Tickets are available for sale through TicketMaster (www.ticketmaster.ca) or at the Theatre Box Office (located at 5040 Yonge Street).

Make up classes are not permitted during the ViBE Annual Events.
